Los Gauchos Outfitters provides two main duck hunting lodges in Uruguay. The main focus is duck hunting in Uruguay and the lodges are comfortable, safe, and in the best duck hunting parts of Uruguay. The Rio Branco Lodge is what used to be known as the Los Gauchos Uruguay Duck Hunting Club. While we have added modern amenities such as satellite t.v. and internet service, the duck hunting is right outside the back door and is the best duck hunting in Uruguay.
Located about 4 hours from Montevideo, the host will meet the group at the airport in a luxury van and transfer the group right to the lodge and many times right to the duck blind for an afternoon duck hunt on the day of arrival. The lodge holds up to 8 duck hunters and each of the 4 bedrooms is double occupancy with a private bath attached to each room. The large living room is the main setting and has comfortable chairs, large stone fireplace, and always has snacks and drinks out to enjoy. The dining room is also a main part of the Uruguay duck hunting lodge, and the chef prepares meals all day so that our clients enjoy the cuisine of Uruguay along with fine wines of Uruguay.

Los Gauchos Outfitters provides Uruguay dove hunting, Uruguay Perdiz hunting and Uruguay pigeon hunting. The Uruguay dove hunting and pigeon hunting can be experienced anytime of year. The Uruguay Perdiz hunts are available May through July.
